We got another new piece of art recently - we got it for the bedroom, but since we're kind of going another way in there, we were going to ship it on back to Ballard Designs, but then I thought of the entryway. Hmm...so my very patient husband tried it and we decided we loved it. You can see it from the living room and the message is so great (it's another Rodney White piece). It says "We tend to seek Happiness, when Happiness is actually a choice". Very true and something I don't always remember and hadn't even really considered before- we can choose to be happy (or unhappy as the case may be). Sometimes I sit back and let my life just happen to me, when I really have much more control over things than I think I do. I think this picture will remind me that the choice of how to react and to feel and be is mine, not anyone else's and I should try to choose happiness! Ok - enough of the psychobabble - on to the pictures!
